Polly’s Pies opened on November 7th, 1991 in the former Yorba Linda Pacific train station that closed in 1971, just a few short blocks from the Richard Nixon library. Sit at the bar and have a cup of Polly’s Fresh Gourmet Coffee with a freshly baked Giant Cinnamon Roll to start off your day!
